Art 19 Abs 4 GG Rechtsweggarantie

Wozu schriebt man überhaupt an Gerichte wenn die sowieso jeden fristhemmend per Einschreiben eingelegten Widerspruch/Einspruch wie den vom 4. Oktober 2017 einfach mal stumpf ignorieren?

Ich hab ne Wahlrechtsbeschwerde eingelegt und aus Rache dafür will mich die Regierung und die von ihr eingesetzte Justiz existenz-bedrohend (Hunger) ruinieren und in den Selbstmord hetzen!
